About the Concord TV Arts Telefest:
What is the Arts Telefest?
On Sunday, April 6, 2008, Concord Community TV, a nonprofit organization that is located in Concord High School, will cablecast, on its Public Access Channel 22, and Education Channel 6, a live, 12- hour display of the many talented individuals and organizations that make up our “creative community”. The Telefest , which will be cablecast from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., will feature the following:
• performance arts: music, dance, and theatre;
• literature: readings from local poets, authors, and playwrights;
• visual arts: paintings, pottery, sculpture, etc.;
• traditional arts: storytelling, quilting, folk music, etc.;
• filmmaking
