Doris BallardExecutive Director
Doris Ballard, ConcordTV’s Executive Director since 2010, became involved with Concord Community TV in 2000 as producer of the show, “KidSpeakNH.” It was then that she realized what a fabulous resource the station was in the community. In 2001, she was able to share her passion for ConcordTV (then called CCTV), when she was hired as the organization’s Outreach and Development Director. Since then, she has produced other shows, such as “SeniorSpeakNH,” “The Nonprofit Connection,” and the popular 12 hour live telecast, “Arts Telefest.” Ballard has an undergraduate degree from Franklin Pierce College in Business Administration and Marketing, and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from SNHU. She served as a Concord City Councilor for four years and is on the board of the New Hampshire Coalition for Community Media (NHCCM). She brings to ConcordTV more than 30 years experience in management, marketing, TV production, human resources, public speaking, and theatre.
Josh HardyStation Manager
Josh first came to ConcordTV in May 2012 as a college intern from Colby-Sawyer College. As a college student he spent several years as a reporter and video journalist for the Colby-Sawyer Courier as well as producing videos for the college as a freelancer. Upon completing his Media Studies degree in May 2013 ConcordTV hired Josh to be the station’s Training/Production Coordinator. Since that time he has successfully led ConcordTV’s camps and classes, coordinated content on Education Channel 6, and led ConcordTV’s social media presence and weekly e-newsletter. He is proficient in multiple editing and graphics programs, camcorders, and DSLRs.

Michael O’MearaIT / Administrative Director
Mike joined the staff of Concord TV in May 2017 as Programming/IT Director. Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from UNH, and a Master of Science Degree from UNH’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics in Management of Technology. In addition to having an in depth knowledge of Concord Community TV’s mission as a former member and chair of the Board of Directors, Mike brings many years of experience in the field of information technology, website design, management, and social media marketing. In his capacity as Programming/IT Director, Mike will also act as Concord TV’s liaison to the City of Concord. When he’s not in the office, you’ll often find Mike in the great outdoors: hiking, paddling, snowboarding, and, if you’re real lucky, performing impressive song and dance routines for the wildlife.

Matt ArseneaultProduction and Programming Assistant
Matt is no stranger to ConcordTV having worked as an intern in 2015 while a student at Pembroke Academy where he assisted the staff in video editing and TV production. After graduating from Pembroke Academy, he attended Lakes Region Community College in the school’s Media Arts program from 2015 to 2017. Matt’s experience in directing short films and music videos, as well as working on feature films and live performances as a Project Assistant, will serve ConcordTV well in his new position as Production and Programming

Jim WebberMarketing and Administrative Assistant
Jim has a background in nonprofit and professional theatre, creating marketing campaigns for theatre companies from Concord to Los Angeles. He is an award-winning set designer and theatre director. Graduating from Concord High, Jim attended Emerson College and has a B.A. in English from UNH. He is also published playwright and lectures on musical theatre for Concord Community Music School.
Steve is ConcordTV’s go-to guy for all city meetings from City Council to Zoning Board to Planning Board. His hobbies include giving people gifts wrapped in electrical tape, then zipties (in reverse order). Steve is also a huge fan of jigsaw puzzles, gluing them to a board, then framing them. Emmett CollinsMedia Assistant
Emmett has been with ConcordTV since 2009. Emmett helps a lot with editing of sports games, on-location production, video archiving, and bulletin-board slide creation. In his spare time he is an avid runner, enjoys hanging out with his friends, and relaxing at home with his family. When it comes to dinner, his favorite food is pizza and pasta (In that order).
